The basement includes a washer/dryer. 2 parking spots in our neighbor's private driveway up the block (Please do not park in front. Only luggage drop off allowed). There is also free street parking on the corner from 6 pm-8 am and 2-hour parking thereafter. Lastly, there is additional paid parking at the spring street lot a few blocks away

We hire professional pest control to take care of this. *IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)
