The driveway is shared with another apartment's compact vehicle. You can fit 1 mid-size/large vehicle. Contact Information will be provided in case of any driveway issues. Laundry is located in the basement and shared by others in the building with a small $1.25 fee *We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only *IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)

- No smoking in home, violation of this rule will result in a loss of security deposit, and an additional $500 fine will be charged for 'de-smoking' the home. - Quiet hours 9pm-9am. *We have neighbors and unfortunately noise complaints after 9pm may be subject to a $500 fine - No Shoes In House Please - No other guests allowed other than the stated amount on the reservation. If more than stated guests found on the property will result in an additional $100 fee per guest, per night - Leave all large trash items such as boxes outside of the home on the other side of the building. Extra fees will be charged for any items that are too large for us to discard such as wood pallets from deliveries and/or large heavy items

Access to the entire second-floor apartment. Game table. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Home includes shared washer/dryer in basement. Parking in the driveway for up to 1 car. (*Please note driveway is small, tight, and shared by another apartment. When parking, if the driveway is empty you must pull all the way to the back to allow another car to pull in behind you and vice versa) There is also a paid parking lot just minutes away from the home for a second vehicle. Also, it’s important to note that you must use the driveway at night as there is no overnight parking on the street.

My family and I (party of 5) had a great stay. We made this our home base as we did prospective student university visits to Princeton, UPenn, and Yale. Property was easy to locate and get in to. The entire apartment was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, walkable, and peaceful. Small World Coffee (one of the Princeton landmark locations to visit in my opinion) has a second location now that is half a block from the property (maybe it’s been there a while but it’s new since I graduated in 2007 :D). Other great restaurants are also within 1 or 2 blocks. Street parking is convenient during the day. Unless you’re driving a compact car, you’ll probably want to find a different location than the tight driveway to park at night. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning to make a trip to Princeton. Don’t forget the Princeton train station that is super close where you can jump on the train to NYC and be there within an hour or so.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious, clean, quiet. Would stay here again. The only thing to note is to have flexibility if you have a car, the driveway is narrow and you must negotiate with the unit next door to get in and out but they are very responsive.
