The driveway is narrow but long. You can fit 1 mid-size/large vehicle and 1 small. Contact Information will be provided in case of any driveway issues. Laundry is located in the basement and shared by others in the building with a small $1.25 fee *We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only *IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)
