By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am. 3. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay. The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-6 nights: $100; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300/mo. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels 5. Extra fees will be charged for any items that are too large for us to discard such as wood pallets from deliveries and/or large heavy items 6. Late check-out at is $25/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance. 7. Early check-in before 3pm/4 pm during Sundays is $25 per hour. We will let you know when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of check-in. 8. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. 9. There is a $25 fee per guest per night for extra guests over 5 and $50 for any undeclared guests. 10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 11. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. Government ID matching info on booking credit card. Must be presented before check-in and will be verified before access is granted for security reasons. 14. There is 1 security camera at this property at the front entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 15. By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas. 16. We may charge a refundable security deposit of $300 for last minute short stays. 17. We have a strict cancellation policy and are not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Please see our policy under your reservation info. Access to the entire second-floor apartment. Game table. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Home includes shared washer/dryer in basement. Parking in the driveway for up to 1 car. (*Please note driveway is small, tight, and shared by another apartment. When parking, if the driveway is empty you must pull all the way to the back to allow another car to pull in behind you and vice versa) There is also a paid parking lot just minutes away from the home for a second vehicle. Also, it’s important to note that you must use the driveway at night as there is no overnight parking on the street.
