We hire professional pest control to take care of this. *IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)

House Rules

By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules: House Rules: 1. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am. 3. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay. The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300/mo. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels 5. Extra fees will be charged for any items that are too large for us to discard such as wood pallets from deliveries and/or large heavy items 6. Late check-out at is $25/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance. 7. Early check-in before 3pm/4 pm during Sundays is $25 per hour. We will let you know when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of check-in. 8. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. 9. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for extra guests over 7 and $50 for any undeclared guests. 10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 11. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. Government ID matching info on booking credit card. Must be presented before check-in and will be verified before access is granted for security reasons. 14. There are 3 security cameras at this property. 1 at the front entrance, 1 over the garage, and 1 in the backyard. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 15. By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas. 16. We may charge a refundable security deposit of $300 for last minute short stays. 17. We just had a short two-night get-away at Jason’s place and enjoyed our time there very much! Jason’s place is nicely decorated. The beautiful kitchen has everything we need. The beds are super soft. My teen kids loved the ping pong table in the basement. And it’s cozy to hang out in the living room for a family movie night. Jason responded to messages fast and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Jason’s Air bnb was just perfect. It was very clean and spacious. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family of four. The living room was very comfortable. There was lots of seating. The kitchen was big and well stocked with all the appliances and cooking items one might need. There was a nice backyard to sit in. Bathrooms were very nice with a very large master bath. An added plus were 2 washers and dryers. We would definitely recommend Jason’s place and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay, largely thanks to our host's clear and helpful communication. The information provided before our arrival made accessing the property a breeze. We did find the driveway a little challenging to spot at first, but we quickly learned that looking for the white fence makes it much easier to find, especially in the dark. Inside, the house was sparkling clean and smelled wonderful, which made us feel completely at ease placing our food in the fridge and pantry. Our host was also incredibly accommodating, which we really appreciated.
