*We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only *Please be aware the unit is in the state of New Jersey near a wooded area there may be pests like ants, flies, beetles, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. *Piano no longer available at the home unfortunately and we haven’t been able to update the photos to match this. *IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)

- No smoking in home, violation of this rule will result in a loss of security deposit, and an additional $500 fine will be charged for 'de-smoking' the home. - Quiet hours 9pm-9am. *We have neighbors and unfortunately noise complaints after 9pm may be subject to a $500 fine - No Shoes In House Please - No other guests allowed other than the stated amount on the reservation. If more than stated guests found on the property will result in an additional $100 fee per guest, per night - Leave all large trash items such as boxes outside of the home next to the fence where the pales are. Extra fees will be charged for any items that are too large for us to discard such as wood pallets from deliveries and/or large heavy items

This Airbnb was perfect for our short stay in the Princeton area. Jason was a great host who responded quickly to any concerns or questions I had. The home was also very nice and accurately described. It had plenty of room for my family of 4 and our dog. The skylights in the kitchen and office windows were so beautiful and really brought so much natural light into the home. Highly recommend for anyone needing a beautiful home to stay in this area.

From the moment I booked the reservation, my communication with Jason, the host was superb. No matter the question, he responded within minutes. We arrived the last week of June during an extreme heat wave and the air conditioning in the living room wasn't up to par. I contacted Jason and within hours he had his team install an AC window unit that solved the issue immediately. The location was perfect as there were many local restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and a coffee shop all within walking distance; Most were right across the street. The home was pristine and the cleanliness was fabulous. We felt "right at home" and so did our fur-baby because of the big, fenced in backyard. Albeit, the yard could use a bit of landscaping. All in all our stay at the "Oasis" could not have been better.

I recently spent 4 days at this beautiful home in Princeton and had a truly enjoyable experience. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing & comfortable stay. It’s a great location close enough to everything you might need, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some real tranquility. The house itself was well-maintained, and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable visit. It felt like a true home away from home. Check-in with Jason, the host was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. He provided clear instructions before arrival and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. His communication was prompt and thoughtful, which made the entire experience feel stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Princeton. Whether you’re staying for work, school, or just a relaxing getaway, this is a fantastic place to call home during your trip. I would definitely stay here again.
